Holding Me

planting seeds ~ Buddha

The blades of grass tickled my bare feet
My legs in a gait gliding with a beat
The expanse of the openness stretches far
Akin to the vibrations strumming a guitar.

Strong winds make my hips sway
My belly tightens without any delay
The farther the stretch, the intensity deepens
Releasing on each breath my soul to cleanse.

My shoulders look back secured as a brace
Opening my heart overwhelmed with grace
Lengthening to reach the ledge far beyond
Effort and comfort sparkling magic from a wand.

And with my eyes closed I come to see
In whatever pose is when my heart is free
In wherever place I plant my feet to be
I grow the seeds holding me.
